The world's largest ever atlas has been unveiled at the British Library in London.

The record-setting Earth Platinum atlas, one of only 31 copies in existence, measures 1.854m x 1.45m with a depth of 6cm and required six members of Librar

y staff to carry its 200kg weight through the doors.

Launched by Australian publishers Millennium House, theEarth Platinum, consists of 61 pages of maps, all of which are produced using satellite images and another photographic technique which overlays thousands of photographs into a single, seamless image.

Besse Cooper, the world's oldest living person, marked another milestone today, when she celebrated her 116th birthday.

Besse, from Monroe, Georgia, USA, was first certified as the world's oldest person in January 2011.

She had to relinq

uish the title for a few months when it was discovered that Brazilian-born Maria Gomes Valentim was 48 days older. However, when Maria died on June 21, 2011, Besse was reinstated as the world's oldest person and has held that title ever since.

The body mass indicator is a reliable indicator of total body fat which is related to the risk of the disease, people who are over weight or obese have a grateful chance of developing high blood pressure, diabetes , heart disease etc.

How to calculate BMI?

BMI = Body Weight in Kg ÷ Body Height in M²

Example:
Lets assure a person weights 85 kg and height is 1.8 M
So, BMI = 85 ÷ ( 1.8 X 1.8 ) = 26.2

                                  BMI Value    Meanings

   1) Less than 18.5                                            Under Weight

2) 18.5 to 25.00 Normal Weight

3) 25.1 to 29.9 Over Weight

4) More than 30.0 OBESE
